Do you think about food 24/7?

Do you freak out inside when you can’t fit a workout in?

Do you feel like a f*cking crazy person when you go out to eat?

Do weigh and pick yourself apart in the mirror every morning?

Do you down a jar of peanut butter when you come home from work?

Does gaining weight terrify you?

Do you feel like sh*t for skipping a workout or not sticking to your meal plan?

Do you have burn off the pasta and wine you had the night before?

Do you eat healthy all week and binge on the weekends?

Do you just want to feel like normal person around food and exercise?

If you said YES to any these questions, don’t stress, I totally get it.

You’re an ambitious and hardworking woman, but you’re a wicked perfectionist with food and your body.

You’ve battled with disordered eating in the past and you never want to go back there, but you are still super anxious and stressed out around food and exercise.

You hate the way you look and you’re uncomfortable in your body but you don’t like to burden people with your problems so you keep them inside.

You have a terrifying fear of gaining weight and want to stop obsessing about it.

You want to stop going ham on your cheat days because they make you feel like sh*t.

You have a ping pong match going on in your head daily about eating what you want and eating what you should.

You want to stop being glued to your tracking app and stop losing your mind when you’re over macros for the day.

You want to enjoy yourself while on vacation and instead of being a ball of anxiety because you HAVE to workout and measure your food.

You want to stop headcasing that you didn’t exercise hard enough or long enough.

You want to not feel like you always have to choose fruit instead of cookies when you want something sweet.

You want to stop tugging at your shirt and covering up your stomach when you sit.

You just want to feel NORMAL…

Imagine a life where….

Food guilt doesn’t exist

Binging isn’t a thing

There’s cake on a weeknight

You don’t have to workout on vacation

You know how to eat healthy without obsessing about it

You trust yourself with food and exercise instead of relying on your food tracking app or fitness band

You can enjoy someone else’s cooking without worrying about how many calories, carbs, fat and sugar it has in it

You don’t have to look up the menu before you go to a restaurant. Instead, you eat what looks good rather than going with the skinny option

You’re out for girl’s night and enjoying it without worrying about how your going to make up for what you ate with a soul crushing workout the next day.

You enjoy carbs again without anxiety

You have more time and energy to do the things that light you up

Life is just easier

Take a deep breath and let that all soak in.

Is this the life you want to live?

No worries, I got you!

To me, nutrition coaching is so much more than giving someone a nutrition plan and telling them what to eat, anyone can do that and frankly, that sh*t doesn’t work. Nutrition coaching should educate, empower, guide, and challenge you to discover how to eat and move your body in a way that is right for you. The work clients and I do together is truly transformational in every sense of the word and they even end up finding version of themselves that they had no idea was even possible.

My coaching is a whole-body approach that looks at what’s happening inside the body and mind nutritionally and emotionally that may be contributing to food anxiety & obsession, fear of weight gain, overeating, restricting, binging, overtraining, and so much more. We work together to shift from a weight loss oriented mindset to a mindset that exudes confidence, beauty and strength.

You not only transform your relationships with food, exercise and your body but you get back something so priceless; your time and energy. When we spend so much time and energy obsessing over food, exercise and the way our body looks that we don’t have the time and energy to enjoy the things in life that make us happy. Its exhausting! I’m here to help you get back your time and energy and support you in being happiest and healthiest version of you!!

After working together you’ll:

  • Know exactly how to fuel your body without second guessing and obsessing.

  • Mindful/intuitive eating techniques that help you understand your body so you can stop binging and feeling anxious around food

  • Learn self like-love practices to help you first like your body so you can learn to love it and no longer cry over the scale

  • Eat ALL foods you want to eat without guilt so you aren’t just staring at what everyone else is eating wishing you could have it or casting judgement.

  • How to be flexible and release perfectionism with food, exercise and your body so you can enjoy vacations, date nights, and time with friends & family

  • To understand your emotions behind your eating and exercise habits so you can end the weekly binges and be able to have ANY food in the house without overeating and feeling anxious & obsessive

  • To get to know your “inner diet voice” so you can work with her rather than fighting against her

  • Be able to miss or skip workout and not let it ruin your day

  • Know what workouts are best for your unique body and learn when to push your body and when to back off

How it works:

  • 60 minute video calls bi-weekly for either a 3 or 6 month container. Since nutrition coaching is so bio-individual every coaching package will look a little bit different inside, but overall we define your goals and do a deep dive into the best ways to support you nutritionally (food), emotionally (mindset) and physically (exercise).

  • Coaching is a two way street when we work together so are expectations for you to show up and do the work. There will homework and action items for you to complete. This is transformational work, so that being said, the more effort you put in the more results you will get. As much as I would love to continue to work together, my ultimate goal is for you is to feel confident in your food and exercise choices, understand/trust your body, and work through food anxiety if it decides to rear its ugly head after our work comes to a close.

  • Check-ins via Voxer and spot coaching when needed between sessions
