Through working with Lindsey, I realized I make zero time for myself that doesn’t involve food or fitness. This was really hard for me to take in, however this awareness has made me want to do better and find something that’s just for me that makes me feel good. Lindsey has put food into a very healthy perspective for me! I was always avoiding foods before, which lead to me eating very minimally on Macros/ calories. Lindsey has taught me many things! I would deny myself of things I loved....carbs, alcohol and PIZZA! Lindsey taught me that being healthy is not about some fad diet, but enjoying things in moderation and understanding what your body needs to properly fuel itself. With Lindsey’s guidance I was able to come out of my comfort zone and learn about mediation and focusing on making myself a priority. As a busy working mom and wife, I needed to start to think more about what I needed and Lindsey helped me with that.
